From the first contact with Terry, I received a very quick response and he came a few days later to give an estimate. As I was impressed by his excellent and friendly customer service, I agreed to the very reasonable estimate and arranged a date for him to come. He not only arrived on–time that day, which was a very rainy day, but that did not deter him and he completed cleaning all the gutters, all the interior and exterior windows, including 2 big mirrors, which I had not even asked for, but he simply offered it at no extra charge.
