We had our windows cleaned today and "Team Phantom" Patricio & John were amazing. They did an excellent job cleaning the windows, were super fast and efficient plus they took care to keep the hoses and equipment out of our plant beds so everything was perfect when they left. Can't recommend Umbrella Property Services and Team Phantom enough. We've used Umbrella (for 6+ years now) for gutter cleaning, window cleaning and Christmas lights and always been thrilled with their attention to detail. Great job guys!

Martin and Pavol of Team Goose at Umbrella Property Services came to clean our roof and gutter today. They did a fabulous job. They showed us the before and after pictures and the roof and the gutter were cleaned to perfection. I will definitely recommend their services.

SHACK SHINE VANCOUVER CENTRAL REVIEWS

First time with the Shack and Shine crew (Matheus, Rayan, and Vitor) and definitely will not be the last time!! They showed up early, very professional and friendly. Matheus kept me updated as required throughout and walked me through the process before beginning. They were efficient and did a great job. My neighbour and I have been looking for a consistent and reliable company to work with to help maintain our houses (gutter / roof / exterior window clean) on a regular basis - we are glad we chose Shack and Shine (they came over and did both of our houses today). I would highly recommend this crew and will not hesitate to have their services / expertise again for next spring cleaning. Couple of before and after pics - my skylights are finally clean!

I’m very impressed, the house was definitely shining when they were done. They took the time to explain and asked if anything needed attention! The sills, door frames and railings were all cleaned, absolutely loved the job.

Victor and Luiz did an amazing job. Not just on time but early too! The balcony looks like new after the power washing and the windows are nice and clean. Very helpful taking out and replacing the screens - thanks so much

I have used this company for years. The service has always been excellent, though I've only occasionally had the same person twice. The workers have all been pleasant and friendly as well as skilled. The price has always been within the advance estimate. The only small niggle this year was that the date and time slot got changed a couple of times, but I was given reasons for this, which made it acceptable if a bit inconvenient. See you next year!
