3 Best Pest Control in Vancouver, BC

I have a very old house that was built in 1913 & so I have seasonal issues with mice trying to come indoors when the weather gets colder. When I called Phantom Pest Control I spoke to Mel, who was very helpful, & was then almost immediately contacted by Carolina in order to set up an appointment. On the day of, I called Carolina & asked her whether the specialist that was coming could call me half an hour ahead of time, which he did. JC was very well-spoken, knowledgeable & accommodating. He walked around & inside the house with me & we went through exactly what he could & would do. We also agreed on a follow up visit. I look forward to dealing with him again & highly recommend him as a specialist.

I can not say enough good things about my experience with senior technician, Ignacio. He was so efficient, professional and super knowledgable! I had a horrible experience with another pest control company and was losing sleep due to an ongoing mice infestation in my apartment building. My suite had been treated several times with no results from the other company. When Ignacio arrived, within minutes my stress level went down as I could see how competent he was and knew immediately I was in good hands..finally!. He went straight to solving my concerns at the root of the problem. I highly recommend him if you have any pest control concerns.

We were very worried we had mice in a dropped ceiling and Amir came and did a thorough inspection of the outside of our house to find holes they could have entered, as well as inside the house and basement. He explained all about mice habits, so that we felt more in control of the situation He is so knowledgeable.

Grateful for kind and compassionate business owners like Chris. After contracting bed bugs from August Jack Inn in Squamish (please avoid), I reached out to Chris. Dealing with bed bugs is undeniably awful, but Chris responded promptly, listened attentively, and displayed remarkable patience and empathy throughout our interaction. Additionally, Rob, the expert who came to our place, was equally kind and understanding. Their genuine kindness and professionalism truly made a challenging situation more manageable. They are incredibly good-hearted humans that will help you amidst a really yucky and difficult circumstance.
