I had a great experience with Local Pest Control starting from when I left a message past their closing time in the evening requesting for a consultation and they reached out to me that same night outside of working hours to discuss. We had a bed bug scare which was quite anxiety inducing, and they provided a quick response, arranging a next-day inspection and same week first treatment. I never felt like I was being overcharged, and in fact they recommended against more expensive inspection options such as using a dog, and provided education as to why that was not necessary in my situation. Extremely grateful in particular to Robbie who came by to do the inspection and Leandro who went out of his way to come on a Saturday outside of normal working hours in order to do the first treatment. All in all I am very satisfied and felt like I could trust in a job well done!.
