My husband and I moved into our townhouse almost 2 years ago. However, after moving in, we learned that there were a lot of issues with the pipes and drainage of the sinks and tubs were no good. Fast forward to this week when Andrew & Fernando came to the rescue (they sound like superheroes) they FIXED it all! I was pleasantly surprised that when I came down to the kitchen it actually smelled GOOD. The sink looked and smelled like new! Turned out our kitchen sink was giving off that bad smell because of grease. Andrew & Fernando were polite, professional and informative. Thanks again guys!!! Keep up the great work.

Andrew and Fernando were quick, helpful and were mindful to cause as little disturbance as possible as I was working from home. They also helped me identify the source of a minor leak! It's been the second time they've maintained the pipes in my home and I have no complaints.

Claud came out and did a great job and got our pump and controls working. Super fast and friendly and talked me through the problem too. Thanks.

We are very happy with our experience with Pioneer Plumbing & heating. They asked about our problem and then explained about the prices for emergency services and instead waiting till the next day. After a very nice discussion it was decided to wait till the next morning and someone came out first thing. The service person Ryan was very pleasant and appeared to be very knowledgable about his work. On finding the problem to our leaky kitchen sink he explained what the problem was and what needed to be done and fixed it promptly. We would certainly recommend Pioneer to anyone requiring plumbing repairs.

Exceptional services by Pioneer plumbing. They are professional, knowledgeable, very experienced. Ben, David and colleague are all very friendly and efficient in resolving our plumbing issue. Hayden is a superb engineer who makes good assessment. Highly recommended.

Pioneer are very professional, the whole experience was great, very easy to get hold of then and schedule the appointment, they sent a very skilled technician who did a great job I would definitely recommend to use them.

J'ai appelé Goldstein ce matin, vers 18 heures. ce même jour, la plomberie de notre cuisine fonctionnait normalement. Je suis heureux d'attribuer cinq étoiles au service d'aujourd'hui.

Mario et Manny ont installé une nouvelle cuisinière à gaz et ont retiré l'ancienne. Ils étaient très sympathiques et compétents. Ils ont tout laissé impeccable. Je les recommande vivement et je ferais appel à eux à nouveau.

James, le propriétaire, a été excellent dans ses services et a installé un excellent système de chauffage dans le magasin. Cela fait plus d'un mois maintenant et ça fonctionne très bien. Très efficace et fonctionne très bien. Je le recommanderais, lui et son entreprise, à tout moment.
