It's strange to review a funeral home, however, this place deserves more praise than anyone can ask for. The kindness and care that they have shown many of our family members and one in the last two weeks is beyond reproach. They are kind, professional, caring, understanding, and extremely flexible in anything that people need even if it's last minute. If you need anyone to look after your loved ones, I highly recommend to go here.

Honestly, coundn't ask for better help following my mom's passing. We had nontraditional requests, and Karen and Desiree were phenoemnal at helping us every step of the way. From ordering in a special casket to guiding us through the process, we really appreciated their help.

We would like to thank Desiree for her excellent support during this extremely difficult time. She definitely took our feelings and emotions seriously and was able to find solutions for issues that arose. Thank you.

I would like to thank Tianna for the excellent help I received for all the arrangements of my father's funeral. Every question or concern I had were met with smiles and answers. Till the very end when she helped with the paperwork, her attitude never changed from the smile I first received till it was all done even with the few issues we had. She and Roger were very professional. They never strayed from our original family wishes and it went very well. Regardless what anyone else says, I would recommend Welland Funeral home for anyone needing their services.

I highly recommend welland funeral home to anyone. Very family oriented and truly show compassion for families and walks every step of the way with you. They were very sensitive to our feelings with the loss of my daughter. This is definitely a place where family matters and truly understand your loss.

I am forever thankful for Welland Funeral Home for walking a difficult journey with me when my sister unexpectedly passed away. My sister lived in Welland and I was not familiar with the area but I am so glad I found their website. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful and guided me through the process. The team at Cudney's Funeral Home are very warm, caring, kind, sincere and professional. The space is very welcoming and peaceful. ???? Joe, Murray, and Shirley, I can't say enough nice things about this team! They helped us navigate through our very sad and difficult time of planning a funeral with the utmost compassion, kindness, and understanding. They were very accommodating when working out the details for my Mother-in-law's funeral which had intricacies that involved the service being held in St.Catharines and the final resting place being in Toronto. Every detail from start to finish was implemented flawlessly! I would highly recommend this business and wonderful team as your first choice. They treat you like family! Just amazing the service we received. The whole experience at the saddest time in our lives was handled with kindness and sincerity. Our particular case involved my beloved Gary's brain being transported to Toronto General Hospital for Alzheimer Research and within three hours of his passing he was being received in Toronto by a team of Neuro Pathologists.
