I found Sharon to be a very helpful, professional business person who provided me with all the Information that I needed to begin my stay with Bronco Mini Storage. The space was found to be clean and ready for occupancy as promised and ground level access to the storage room was ideal.

As storage facilities go, Bronco is amongst the best. I have a 5th wheel trailer in outside storage and for location, ease of entry and exit, and room to move inside the facility, Bronco is as good as it gets.

Amazing storage space. Very friendly and caring employees, great service.

I would just like to say that Laurie is an amazing lady to deal with and is very helpful in every way possible. This is my first time renting a unit from this location but have rented from other storage units in Welland over the years and no one ever took the time to completely explain how it worked in and out . They seemed all about the money. It’s very important to me to fully know how it worked because I have my Harley stored there and it is very important to me to now it is safe. I do not have any worries about the security.. l would recommend this storage company to everyone looking to rent a unit. Pricing is also fair compared to other locations but at the end of the day it’s all about security for me.. Again I would like to just thank Laurie for her time explaining how it works and her friendly face.

What a great experience! Laurie was awesome and even stayed passed close to accommodate me. Nice, quick and easy! Thank you.

Leaving our trailer here when not in use. Laurie was super helpful. Site is clean, accessible and just great.
