Black Water was amazing. We had an emergency situation on a long weekend and they showed up on the Sunday to get us up and running. The driver showed us what the problem was, walked us through what needed to be done and said he could be back on that Wednesday to make the repairs. He gave us a price and didn’t pressure us into making a decision while he was there. They returned on the following Wednesday like they said they would to complete the repairs. Black Water’s staff were professional, courteous and punctual. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Adam and Ian came today to pump out our septic tank. They worked quickly but took the time to address our questions, and demonstrated their extensive knowledge. We have had experience with other local companies, but we can, and will, highly recommend Black Water Excavating and Septic Services. We will definitely call Black Water back for some landscaping later in the year. Thanks for such a great job! Glen and Toni Pidsadnick
