Williams exceeded expectations from the get go. Sharri answered the phone on the 1st call and quickly identified my account. She then advised that a tech would arrive same day. There was continuous updates by text regarding the arrival details including a picture of the technician which was awesome. The tech arrived ahead of schedule and fixed the problem prior to leaving. Highly recommended. Communication and sense of urgency are critical to success. These guys know how to run a business.

I couldn't have had a better experience with my technician from Williams Kool Heat. He was thorough when checking my furnace and air conditioner. It is a new apartment / condo for me and I wanted to make sure my equipment was in good working order. He took time to explain what he was doing and what I should do annually to maintain it. Very personable and professional.

Jim is a professional and very knowledgeable regarding our hot water system. He evaluated the several problems we had and fixed them. We now have faster hot water, and no error codes. Today, we had a new AC installed by Dustin and Zaren with Bob Pietz Heating & Air Conditioning. I have a renewed faith in young people after our experience with these two men. They radiated every positive quality including professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, efficiency and enthusiasm for their job. My wife and I are so pleased to have met these great guys and look forward to a future relationship with regards to our AC, furnace and water tank. By the way, we did due diligence and got two other quotes. Bob Pietz blew them away in every respect.

I just got two hot water tanks installed. 1 converted from hydro to gas, and 1 hydro replacement. The men were very professional and polite. I am thrilled at the outcome of the results as there were a lot of challenges to overcome throughout the process. The areas were both very compact & complex. The products used are all quality & the attention to detail was appreciated. I will always recommend Bob Pietz Heating & Air Conditioning.

He quoted right, set it up well, explained everything about it to me including how best to take care of it. I like the 10 year warranty on the Mitsubishi Electric so I went that way.
