Tsawwassen store definitely had plenty of selections for what I was looking for, not helping much with the confusion my mind was muddled with. That's where Arsh came in. Arsh is like the friend that you hadn't met yet. She gets exactly what you have in mind and embodies the spirit of customer service in a way that is so personable. Not only was she super helpful with fabric or furniture details and differences, she made the whole retail experience seamless. Definitely a place to check out again, in the near future!

Bought a amazing sectional unbeatable price and top notch quality! Costumer service perfect. Had a small rip on the stitching on one of the section's and they replaced the hole piece no problem. Can't ask for better service.

The service tech was prompt, pleasant and very respectful. He explained what might be the problem, discovered the problem and had it repaired in no time. Best service I’ve seen in a long time.
