I’ve been in numerous appliance stores lately, and This was my first time at Leon’s and it was by far the best. Shea helped me find a much needed washer and dryer, and was super friendly and down to earth! Not to mention he said he was a new employee there, but I wouldn’t have noticed! They were able to give me a great price for the set I was looking at, keeping me in the budget I wanted to stay at! Overall it was really great. No one was pushing me to buy other things, and everyone was extremely kind. Highly recommend!!! The manager, Marcus, and the rest of the staff handled the situation very well. This happened on Friday before a long weekend. A brand new unit was delivered the following Thursday. The way the situation was handled was sub par.

This was our first time at Leon’s and our sales person was Chris Rogers. To say this was a good experience, is an understatement. Chris was knowledgeable yet not overbearing. He wasn’t hovering over our shoulder but every time we had a question he was right there. He broke everything down for us and made everything super easy. I highly recommend this store and more specifically, Chris. Very satisfied.

We got wonderful service from David while we were there looking for a chair for my grandpa! He helped guide us to the right area for all the choices of chairs and was very quick to return to us when we went back realizing they were the only store in Moncton with a chair that was under 1000$ that would work! Definitely recommend this store and everyone was so friendly!
