We dealt with Katrina a couple of weeks ago. She was pleasant, positive and understandable that we were just looking and not ready to purchase that day. We bought a sectional elsewhere however it was to help support a close family friend. I was looking for an ottoman still and found the one I wanted in Calgary where they had stock. We had such a pleasant experience with Katrina that we decided to come back to the Medicine Hat store to purchase through her.

Amazing customer service through the entire experience with my purchase of two cabinets. Chokri is awesome at sales. He was at helpful, available and informative with my shopping experience. I would definitely seek him out again for future purchases. Nick and Trayton (sp?) Exceeded expectations with their delivery and customer service. Both had a great attitude and were exceptionally kind. The day after my purchase I received a friendly follow up call from customer service to ensure I was happy with my purchase and experience. Perfection... This should be the standard. Love my cabinets and am grateful for a positive shopping experience.

We had no intention of hauling a couch back to Moose Jaw from Medicine Hat but Katrina’s friendly demeanour and positive attitude helped us make our decision. Thanks Katrina! We’re very happy with our decision.

The two gentlemen that delivered, set up and removed our old refrigerator were very professional, courteous and mindful of our property. They finished the job in it's entirety very quickly. We truly appreciated the removal of our old non-working refrigerator. - Brian & Cathy
