Portal Installations installed our 3 custom-sized garage doors for our new build this fall. They were by far the cheapest local company and easiest to communicate with so we went with them. Other than the initial time estimate being way off (they told us 8-10 weeks and it was more like 18 weeks), Portal was fantastic to deal with. I can't fault them for supplier shortages- something we've dealt with across all trades throughout our build. When I contacted Portal and told them we were nearing occupancy and not having garage doors would delay everything, they sourced some temporary garage doors and installed them in a timely manner at no extra cost to us. Their customer service is fantastic and the installation of the doors was flawless. Now that we have the real doors they are just beautiful. So happy with Portal Installations!

Excellent service and response. Had a cable break on our overhead door. They were able to come on the Saturday and replaced and checked over the door in very quick time. Will always go to Portal for my garage door needs.

Excellent customer service all around. From the office staff to the installers - we were very well looked after. I absolutely LOVE our new garage door! Highly recommended this company!
