Had the best experience with this company in late December 2022 when they replaced an old garage door opener at my condo. The technician Barry arrived punctually upon the designated date and time, and was very friendly and extremely professional throughout. Working with the team at the office was also a joy, from the initial contact and quotation stage through to the payment stage. They all made it really apparent that customer service is still paramount at this company, and there were none of the lame excuses so prevalent in so many industries these days (e.g. 'labor shortage', 'supply chain issues' etc that seem to be just generic nonsense meant to justify rude, incompetent and shabby service). The cost for the replacement was also reasonable and very competitive. Definitely call here if you need a new electric garage door opener installed in a timely, classic, and professional fashion, without any of the smoke and mirrors that have become the new norm in the services economy.

Great company! Friendly and efficient first contact when scheduling installation. Explains options clearly. Professional installation. Our motor had an issue 4 years later (under warranty) and they had to make multiple visits to fix. Never tried to deflect responsibility. Excellent costumer service.
