This place is amazing! I joined the Tired Sweaty Mom program and as a new mom looking to get back into movement I cannot say enough great things about this space. Ashley and her coaches are not only knowledgeable on postpartum fitness and the body but extremely welcoming and encouraging. A place where you can bring your baby to your workout and have zero judgement because there’s no telling how the hour will go. There is nothing like it in the region and I’m grateful to have found this community during my early postpartum months. Thank you!!! .

CrossFit has changed my work out experience completely. I've even opted out of the conventional gyms and made the switch. The staff here are absolutely amazing! They do offer personal training packages which I highly recommend.

Wonderful gym. The coaches are amazing and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. They make working out fun and challenging. Love being a member.

When first starting at this gym I was very intimidated and shy, until I started working with Nasser and Arman for personal training. These two are so passionate about what they do and always establish such a professional relationship while aiming to help me accomplish my goals set in place. I’m only at week 4 of my training and have witness amazing growth in the gym thanks to them. Would highly recommend this gym and these trainers if you are looking to start your fitness journey.

Good set of gym equipment and staff. Good opening and closing times throughout the week. Best of all, very dedicated and like-minded people who are regulars mostly in the Crunch Fitness Welland location. Love working out here .
