Starts with the receptionist, Jamie is friendly, professional and efficient. Good on her word whenever she said she was going to call me back with results. Dr Reka continued the good experience. Didn’t feel rushed, was thorough and professional yet treated you like a person, not an inconvenience. I recommend this clinic.

So much whining and entitlement. We make an APPOINTMENT and get seen within a reasonable time-frame, emergencies aside. A kind voice and a simple smile to the receptionist works wonders. We have been coming to this clinic for 14+ years, no problems. Dr. Reka is always very caring and attentive.

The doctor was very kind and easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Would recommend.

Had a great experience. The receptionist told me how long the wait would be and I was able to leave and come back. I saw Sarah Riaz and was so impressed with her professionalism and bedside manner. She answered all my questions, made sure I knew any risks involved and made me feel confident and comfortable with my treatment.

Brenda at the front desk was a pleasure to work with and very friendly and helpful! The nurse who saw me was straight forward and to the point which I loved. All the staff made my experience very enjoyable.

First time I've been impressed with how I've been treated at a walk-in clinic. Reception was friendly and kind. The doctor was very knowledgeable and got to work assessing me immediately.

After struggling to find a family doctor I found the BEST!! Dr Richardson is proactive with my care and I feel that I am in very good hands. From the moment I walk in the door I feel very welcome and comfortable. The front desk staff is fantastic, friendly and very helpful.

Dr. Richardson and the staff at this clinic is great! They are always helpful and accomodating. Dr. Richardson is thorough and took the time to listen and explain his findings. I am very happy with the services they provide.

Dr Richardson is a great doctor he listens to what you have to say I'm so glad to finally find someone who knows what there doing plus the girls in the office are awesome as well.
