Jay Stukel serves as the Executive Director and Clinical Supervisor at Niagara Counselling Services and holds the position of Counselling/Psychology Professor at Niagara College. His educational background encompasses degrees in psychology, education, social science, and social work. Jay Stukel is a staunch advocate for self-care and personal as well as professional development. Over the last decade, Jay has primarily dedicated his efforts to delivering Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and consulting services to a range of companies and organizations within the Niagara region. These services are offered either through direct contracts or subcontracting with national EAP providers. Niagara Counselling Services provides both 30-minute sessions and the standard 1-hour appointments to cater to varying needs.
