“Jay Stukel is an Executive Director and Clinical Supervisor of Niagara Counselling Services. He is also the Counselling/Psychology Professor at Niagara College. He completed his psychology, education, social science, and social work degrees. Jay Stukel strongly believes in and encourages self-care and personal/professional development. Jay's main focus for the past ten years has been to provide Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and consulting services to various companies and organizations throughout the Niagara region, either through direct contract or subcontract with National EAP providers. Niagara Counselling Services has been providing professional counselling and life coaching services for over 29 years in practice. They offer 30-minute sessions and the usual 1-hour appointments. Most of their appointments will run approximately 55 minutes to 1 hour unless otherwise requested. Their initial introductory sessions are usually around 45 minutes.
