I highly recommend this gym! I purchased the training sessions when I joined, and my trainer (Terri) was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable from the time I walked in the door... and set up workouts I have been easily able to follow and build on. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and I love the location! Honestly can't think of a negative thing to say.
I love this gym. Im a bigger guy with an anxiety disorder and chronic pain, so going to the gym can be intimidating; however, with the gym being open around the clock, I can hop in my car at 1am and go for a sweat no problem. Plus I work nightshift so it lines up perfectly with my schedule. Awesome place.
Super clean gym. Very friendly staff. Love that I can go anytime and feel safe. The owner/Personal Trainer is CSEP certified so I know I am getting the highest and most knowledgeable training. Members are encouraging and helpful as well. Great atmosphere!
