I have been to this hair salon twice already and am impressed with the design that gives an atmosphere of a bright spa, in a huge mall setting. The entrance and layout is spacious and inviting, with ease in finding well displayed products. Reception is welcoming and in direct view, but not so upfront that one has a chance to browse first and get a sense of professional comfort. I notice that stylist rooms are airy with open access and also offers customers privacy away from shoppers. I am one of those shoppers who takes a few visits to look before I buy. I notice that customers are happy to be here. I do plan to come back here and will confirm a colour, cut and style next time I return to Prince George. Looking forward to it! Cheers to Chatters!

I had an appointment with Dave R and he did just what I wanted! I was nervous about going somewhere new at first, but I’m glad I did. He gives great head massages and took his time and made everything very nice and even. He gave me a trim, bangs and curled my hair afterward, which takes along time with long thick hair. Very pleased with my cut! Recommend.

Got my haircut and very happy with cut, Dave was professional and I could tell he loved what he does, and I received the most amazing shampoo/head massage ever.

I have a sweet story to share. While I was waiting for a drop in hair-cut, this older, white haired gentleman came in and just gushed about how he got "The best haircut of my entire life from the East-Indian gentleman" and he pointed the person out. He told me, he told all the other people working there, he told every person who came in, and he told the the man, himself, after waiting to get his haircut by him. My hairdresser said it was so nice to hear, as many people don't give him a chance. I really wish I had gotten the fellow's name. This happened several days ago, and it just stuck out as so endearing. It takes a lot to impress the older generation that much. I get my hair cut here and have always been perfectly pleased with the service. The vibe is very happy casual, and people seem to really enjoy working there. Good job all!

I’ve been suffering major anxiety attacks lately and they hit when I least expect it. When I went to get my hair cut today, it happened. As I went to my hairdresser’s chair, I told her what was going on. She was so kind and cool, and acted like she cared. I rode it out and she gave me a really fantastic cut. Thank you for being so lovely to me. I really appreciate it.

Have never been disappointed in my cuts. Each stylist is great ... been going there for years...love it.

Had a wonderful relaxing massage today. Andy is an excellent masseur and he made sure that I was comfortable and that he was using the right amount of pressure. He is fantastic. The front end staff were very kind & cheerful on a very busy day. I would definitely recommend Andy and I will be booking again.

Sue Paulson helped me find the perfect Bumble products (and tips) I needed for doing my hair for a wedding this weekend! My hair is thin and it held volume for the day into the evening!!! That is every girls dream come true for photos at a wedding! Thank you Su.
