LONG & MCQUADE PRINCE GEORGE REVIEWS
I have attempted to contact the lesson center 3 times with an inquiry for starting lessons, and received no response. My first attempt was approximately one month ago, and twice more since then. I did the online application for lessons first, then called and left a voicemail, and most recently emailed them. I recognize businesses are swamped around Christmas, or perhaps their lessons might be fully booked, but some sort of response or contact would be appreciated. This is very discouraging customer service.
Great Music Store. I am just learning to play the Guitar. I couldn't take my own guitar with me on a trip so I tried renting one. Great way to go. I was treated great and tried out a nice guitar for a very reasonable price. I had to leave a day early and they even refunded that days rental. Highly recommended.
Pretty good guitar and music shop. Friendly and helpful staff.

SOUND FACTORY REVIEWS
I went in today to inquire about violins as I had been meaning to take up this instrument. The owner was very friendly and gave me lots of helpful information. They happened to have an introductory violin in stock at a reasonable price and got it all ready for me. I shopped around and I was happy to make the purchase at Sound Factory. What friendly staff! Thank you.
Sound Factory's my first stop in PG for musical equipment - they've got what I need (guitar, drums), have helped with special orders, and always ready with great advice and options. No judgement, just help. This's is a local music store - run and owned by locals, and helping support and build the music scene in many ways, including instruction, events, and rentals etc. Management, service, ownership: just awesome.
These guys are the best! Great, helpful staff and great customer service. Recommend for all your gear needs!
