I must say, I really have to give credit to the salon and the stylists. I had my hair done here and was not happy with the final results… after speaking with the salon manager, they were more than happy to rectify the issue and make sure I was 100% happy and they did exactly that. The stylist didn’t make me feel uncomfortable for coming forward with a complaint, if anything she seemed happy to be able to have the chance to fix the issues. I will be a returning customer based on the customer service alone. Thank you signature salon. My hair looks and feels amazing, and now my stylist knows exactly how to formulate the colour for my hair.

I got a haircut today at the Signature salon. Extremely pleased with the level of expertise and service quality. Cassandra was very friendly and professional. I received a great layering cut, but I was hoping for a little longer hair; instead, I got very short hair. Much appreciated. Nice and comfortable environment! Thankyou!! will definitely visit again.

this was easily the best salon experience I've ever had. I usually stay away from salons because they don't tend to want to cut/colour/style my hair as severe as I'd like it, but Karen, my stylist, listened to me and worked out a plan to achieve exactly what I was hoping for. she was energetic, interested, funny, and charming, and my hair looks so so good. she's great with curly hair and experimental/alternative cuts and colours. expensive but worth it!

I have been going to this salon consistently for 4 years now, they never cease to impress me! Their safety measures and protocols are top notch, all of the staff are so welcoming. I always leave feeling amazing, 10/10 recommend!

Great place for a hair cut our family has seen the same stylist for the last 30+ Jacki Templeman. They also have a great Spa on the premises.

My son has been going here for years. Originally he went to Courtney at the topsail road location. Unfortunately, she no longer works there. But, he now sees Morgan and she is phenomenal!! We love how she cuts his hair, but also - she is so friendly and makes my son feel so comfortable! 10/10

I had my hair done today (blonde foils) by the awesome Heather. She’s such a knowledgeable and talented hairstylist and a really nice person. I absolutely love my hair. The girls there are all so friendly , this is my new go to place. Highly recommend.

Excellent service like always. Laurie knows want suits my face and never had disappointed me in the past. She a pleasure to have do my hair and great to talk to too.
