BOWRING PARK REVIEWS

In this St. John's island, This parks really add an another feather of its beauty. It's pretty big to explore. Summer afternoons are the best time to enjoy in this park. It has a lot of facilities with scenic beauty. Well maintained and cleaned. Great place for picnic. Playground: For the kids, it has several play options including playground, water splash and skating . Restrooms: Well maintained washroom. Picnic area: It is really nice place to hang out with friends and family.

Always loved this park. Great for just taking a stroll through nature. Usually quieter on the west side of the park near the capsules during the day, picks up around noon onward everywhere else. Always clean and well maintained. Great for the kiddos with the playgrounds and water park/pool areas. Restrooms: Clean and well maintained.

Amazing place to spend time with friends and family. It also have free swimming.

BANNERMAN PARK REVIEWS

Folk Festival with headliners Emmylou Harris and Steve Earle was awesome! Some great acts all throughout the weekend including Ouroboros, the Ennis Sisters and up and coming talent Zealya plus others. A very chill vibe all through. Bracelet system worked great and security was on point. Lineups for alcoholic refreshments was lengthy but other than that a very successful festival.

Playground: Great place to spend the day with your family! Restrooms: Public washrooms are available from 8 am until 8 pm. Dog-friendliness: Pets are always welcome.

This is the Colonial Bldg in Bannerman Park. A museum. Beautiful small bldg.

PIPPY PARK REVIEWS

It's a lovely place for nature walk, walking pets, photographing birds and nature or just to spend time in Peace and quiet and fresh air. One of the nicest and most comfortable spots in the city to roam around and even feel safe. Highly recommend. Adding photos of some birds I clicked here.

Great selection of walking trails! You can do the easy, the kinda challenging, and the downright huffing and puffing type of trail. I did the latter up to the highest point and the trail was well groomed and the view was fantastic! Definitely worth the walk.

Played golf there and it was wonderful. Great place to visit with family and friends. Recommended.
