This salon is an absolute TREASURE! For a few years I've been struggling to find someone who could help me achieve the hair color I want. I'm naturally blonde, but for some reason, within a few weeks after a color it turns brassy. I've used all of the recommended products, but it still never worked. All of that changed when I came to The Rock I expect to spend 3-4 hours here during a visit, but they never rush or make me feel like they needs to tend to multiple clients at once. The stylists also aren’t pushy with products and offers you an assortment of options at different price levels. It's also important to note that the atmosphere of this salon is incredible, and it's always nice when a hair salon appreciates you and spoils you a bit. Coffee, tea, water, magazines, complimentary hand massages etc. They really nail the customer experience here. Highly recommend this salon to everyone!

Karoline is the absolute best! I’ve always loved getting my hair done with her. Not only does she keep up with all the latest fashion trends and education she’s also an amazing person and we have such a great laugh every time I get my hair done with her. She has such a passion for hair like no other and you can tell she loves what she does! I would highly recommend Karoline to anyone wanting to get their hair done, cut, colour, styled you name it! Girl can do it all!! And we have so much fun while she does!

This spa is absolutely beautiful. The open space and big windows letting the sun in makes it very inviting. The staff are wonderful. I got an inner balance package done here. What a lovely way to spend 4 hours in the morning getting pamper by their wonderful spa girls. Anyone looking for a reputable clean establishment the Rock salon would be at the top of my list hands down.
