Jefferson Forest has a 5.8 kilometre moderate to challenging trafficked loop. The forest has 5 great hiking and 70 biking trails. The trails are wide ranges from easy to difficult, which connects to so many other trails. It has excellent easy trails, flowers and trees around, with the lake. Jefferson Forest has access via Bethesda Sideroad, which provides ample parking for about 25-35 vehicles. There is some area as you walk deeper were tons of kids are tobogganing with their parents. Jefferson Forest perfect place to spend your time with nature.

Here’s The Deal:
Saigeon Trail is a 3.2 mile out and back trail that is suitable for all skill levels. The trails are most amongst the trees, so users won't get too hot even when the sun is high up. Saigeon Trail has a gorgeous canopied walking path with lots of dense vegetation and offers many activity options. It has a beautiful forest trail around the bond lake and includes a pond, dense bushes and uphill walkways. The terrain is very diverse, with many up and down hills leading to a lake and several ponds. You can also see wild rabbits, rare foxes, multiple birds, red cardinals, Blue Jays, doves and more.

Here’s The Deal:
The Oak Ridges Trail is the 175-hectare property formed of mature forests, wetlands, meadows, kettle lakes and a significant network of recreational trails. The park has a 4.2 kilometre lightly trafficked out and back trail. This trail is excellent for a quiet walk and mountain bike ride, which connect to trails that lead to Bayview ave. There are many side trails that can lead you along into the great wilderness. The lake is perfect for kayaking. It has a beautiful forest trail around the bond lake and includes a pond, dense bushes and uphill walkways. You can visit Oak Ridges Trail in the spring for the bird calls or fall for the vibrant leaves.
