Jefferson Forest offers easy trails, flowers, trees, and a lake. The parking can be found along Stouffville Road or at the North Entrance on Bethesda Side Road. There are areas where you might see kids tobogganing with their parents. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, trail running, MTB, nature trips, and birding and is best used from April until October. Jefferson Forest is a perfect place to spend your time with nature.

Saigeon Trail has a gorgeous canopied walking path with dense vegetation and many activity options. The beautiful forest trail around Bond Lake includes a pond, thick bushes, and uphill walkways. Saigeon Trail terrain is diverse, with many up-and-down hills leading to a lake and several ponds. Saigeon Trail is suited for a local weeknight ride, especially during the summer months. You can also see wild rabbits, rare foxes, multiple birds, red cardinals, blue jays, doves, and more.

This trail is excellent for a quiet walk and mountain bike ride, which connects to trails that lead to Bayview Ave. Many side trails can lead you into the great wilderness. The park is famous for hiking, trail running, and mountain biking. Oak Ridges Trail has a beautiful forest trail around Bond Lake, including a pond, dense bushes, and uphill walkways. You can visit Oak Ridges Trail in the spring for the bird calls or in the fall for the vibrant leaves.
