Mill Pond Park is a fabulous place to go skating and play hockey with family and friends. The park is home to the annual winter carnival, concerts, splash events and Millennium Gardens. The park has a playground, boardwalk and path, gazebo and many fields to sit and relax. Mill Pond Park has outdoor fitness equipment and sports fields. Mill Pond Park is a beautiful park with a kids' playground and easy trails. There are also a lot of benches where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the pond view. Mill Pond Park is a great place for families to walk around the ponds. Ample parking areas are available.

Crosby Park is an excellent picnic place for children and families. The park has swing seats, a treehouse, an elevated sandbox and sloping ramps with railings. The park has various slides, including a double-width slide. Crosby Park has a sensory garden with a variety of herbs, perennials, annuals, and grasses. The park also has a water play area with many features. The park has a place to enjoy the outdoors with your friends and family. There are also colourful birdhouses and various artwork displays available to enjoy. Most of their playground area is shaded, which is nice on a hot day. Crosby Park is one of the best places in town to play sports.

2025 Update: Crosby Park is Richmond Hill's first fully accessible park. It was redesigned so everyone can enjoy outdoor recreation, including people of all abilities, individuals with sensory and cognitive impairments, and seniors.
