SHERATON PARKWAY TORONTO NORTH HOTEL & SUITES REVIEWS

Excellent hotel, staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The lobby and restaurant were excellent, clean and organized. My room was in York Tower, the rooms are definitely an older layout just due to the age of the hotel but have been renovated to a good modern standard, also the room was clean and the shower was hot and spacious, water pressure was a little down but acceptable for an older hotel. Price for the included amenities and the great service made it an excellent visit, will use this hotel again next time I'm in town.

I stayed here for one night while in town for work. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the bed with very comfortable. The hotel is next to the Best Western and a bunch of other restaurants and stores so parking can be limited evening. Overall I had a very enjoyable day and would definitely come back again.

This hotel is fabulous. We had the penthouse suite for the night. It was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the 9th-floor club room which had many things to eat all completely complimentary. Overall great location for shopping and events in Richmond Hill.

HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES TORONTO REVIEWS

My boyfriend and I stay at this Holiday Inn location very frequently and we love it. The hotel is always very clean and tidy, the breakfast is always very good, and the staff are very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating to our needs. We have never had any issues and we will continue to stay here anytime we are in Toronto. I would also like to highlight Therese, she has helped us quite a bit throughout our stays and she is always very helpful and kind.

Staff was very friendly, and helpful. My room was really nice did not feel like I was in a hotel it was like I was in a small but nice apartment. House keeping was really good and made sure everything was clean and tidy. There breakfast is really good and there is a lot of options to chose from. Also it was always pretty quiet which was nice especially at night time.

I loved my stay here. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is standard and good. The rooms should have more lighting I feel. Otherwise it was really good. Pool is open 6 am to 11pm and the gym is 24/7. Totally recommend.

BEST WESTERN PARKWAY HOTEL TORONTO NORTH REVIEWS

We had a good stay here. We are a family of 4, the room was clean and modern. The nice thing about this hotel is the pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The indoor pool is heated which was nice, a hot tub as well. The kids had a blast. There was also a pool table and a bunch of racquet ball rooms with free equipment to play. The staff was very friendly, we asked for a couple of extra pillows and they brought them to our room promptly. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, with buffet breakfast for cost.

From seeing Vickie’s smiling face upon checkin to the cleaning staff , combined with more smiles at checkout along with comfortable night sleep one cannot find much to complain about! Had an issue , that once brought to the attention of the front desk, was resolved in a timely manner I’ve always enjoyed my stays here…… keep up the good work!!

This hotel is located right next to three highways but you never hear traffic noise. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant within the hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet and staff make sure your juice coffee etc are always full the best service anywhere.
