The trails are ideal for families with young children, especially the Chickadee Trail, and are generally accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. Lynde Shores Conservation Area includes 5 km of trails, including a 1 km looping trail within the Cranberry West Tract. The area provides nesting bird habitats and is an important layover point for migrating waterfowl and shorebirds.
