“Brooklin Community Centre and Library is a locally owned and operated centre, a 3,716 sq. metre, two-storey building with a seniors' activity room, youth centre, pre-school program space, gymnasium, craft room, multi-purpose banquet room, meeting rooms and a branch library. The centre offers a variety of recreational and educational programming. Brooklin Community Centre and Library has basketball, badminton, swimming, spinning, and personal training. They also offer rental services if you require a venue for your events or meetings. WHITBY CIVIC RECREATION COMPLEX REVIEWS

My kids get swimming lessons here…..i like this place more than iroquois parks sports center…..this place is very clean, has lots of shower space and lots of changing rooms too. They have around 4,5 stalls as diaper chaning station. They have huge parking space and pools are not crowded at all.

Clean facility with well maintained equipment and friendly staff. Trainers will provide help and advice without pressuring you to "buy a package" . Great view from the gym over the pool; very peaceful. Love the sauna and hot tub too!

The facility is clean, organized and is staffed by a group of knowledgeable and patient fitness professionals. The fitness facility is a judgement free area, which is why I would recommend it over other popular fitness facilities.

BROOKLIN COMMUNITY CENTRE AND LIBRARY REVIEWS

Had a great time here for a toddlers birthday party. My daughter really enjoyed that thwy are able to have access to the gym and toys before food and cake upstairs in the party room. Very clean and spacious. Not sure what all classes or activities it offers but from what I saw walking around the place it has quite a bit. I would definitely recommend looking in to. I did happen to see a yoga and I believe a meditation class going on while I was at this location as well. I'm sure it has something for everyone and all age groups.

Visited for the 1st time recently when my son moved there. Nicest Community Centre I've seen. Clean, bright, spacious in a nice woodsy setting. Nothing like that here in Toronto. In fact, City Planners there do a bang up job on everything. Brooklyn is a great spot.

This is a great community centre for a small town. The gym is a decent size and can be rented out for activities and private functions. The library is a good size as well.

IROQUOIS PARK SPORTS CENTRE REVIEWS

Building is huge, saw 4 ice hockey rinks all in the same building, building is nicely maintained, lots of parking outside, and helpful staff. Went to watch a sledge hockey, very interesting and people really cheer on their teams. Lots of vending machines, washrooms are kept well and clean. I would definitely come back here again.

Great location for the tournament this weekend even with a festival going on across the street. Only problem I noticed was in the arena it was very warm and could see the players and coaches were hotter than at normal locations for games or tournaments.
