Surprisingly good conservation area. The trails are beautiful, well groomed, clean and very well marked (best I've seen in a long time). The trails are not easy to hike with a lot of elevation and roots/ rocks. Hiked over 4km with a 5 and a 7 year old and they were perfectly fine. Plenty of shade but also plenty of mosquitoes so consider bringing some bug spray.
Beautiful up-kept conservation area with free parking, a 2.8 km hike and a shorter 1km hike with a detour underneath the cave/rock enclosure. A small river runs through the conservation with a scenic bridge. We really enjoyed this conservation. Well marked routes as well. Definitely would recommend for a light to moderate hike.
It's a pretty good place for a picnic and hiking. The trail is really nice and has a few small attractions along the way. Hiking on the trail does require some climbing but is otherwise straightforward. The place can be somewhat crowded during afternoons so mornings and evenings may be more convenient.
