When we embarked on considering renovations we had several contractors do an on-site assessment and later an estimate. We were immediately comfortable with Chris, at Koru, as he demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the process from start to finish, giving us good understanding and feeling of confidence than we had experienced with other companies. From start to finish Chris, Allie his office manager and his crew were open, honest, transparent and respectful. Koru’s team of trades were well coordinated. We had a concern with one of the trades, which we brought to the attention Chris. Chris and that trade took our concern very seriously and addressed it to our complete satisfaction. At the end of the renovation a thorough cleaning of our space was completed allowing us to move right in. In addition to this, Chris and his team worked alongside with our interior designer Laura Grist and the final result of our renovation is amazing. Koru has been the build team on several of our Interior Design projects. Renovations of a persons home or work space can be difficult and challenging for clients.
