I employed the services of David for a property in London ON Nov 11. From the time I first contacted David till when he executed the inspection, it was professionalism at its zenith. David arrived 10 minutes early to commence the exterior inspection and proceeded to the interior. He exhibited an unwavering passion and transparency while providing a thorough walk-through and detailed explanation of his findings. I'll undoubtedly contact David and recommend him to friends and family, as his services were highly appreciated. Thank you, David!

David conducted a recent home inspection for my family when we were buying a new home. I have no hesitation in recommending David. He was very professional throughout the process. He went over and above to provide us with information that we would need in the future regarding the property. David was punctual, patient, courteous and kind. His report was provided to us within hours of the home inspection. The report was thorough, well put together and easy for a lay person to understand. David flagged pertinent items that needed to be addressed by the seller. Given the objective nature of his report, the seller accepted his recommendations for home repairs. Our home purchase closed without a hitch.

David did a fantatic job explain the potential issues along the way and put them all together in the final report. We backed out from the deal based on the findings about shingles, foundation, breaker panel etc, but it's a great learning experience when it comes to what to look out for on open house. Highly recommended!

He was not condescending but seemed genuinely interested in helping me understand. Since becoming a widow and am a female senior, I have unfortunately found that uncommon in today’s world so the experience was refreshing and appreciated.

Was able to come with just a couple days notice. Good communication by phone and email. Technician explained what he was doing and potential options for additional energy improvements
