Would definitely recommend, they were all so helpful and anytime I had a question they were quick to respond, the process was so smooth. Also the agent Ryan that was helping us find a tenant, was very responsive and made sure they we had a tenant that would be secure and responsible. Loved working with them! Would for sure work with them again and recommend to anyone who needs this type of service!

Exclusive Rentals is tentative to all tenants needs. My rental properties Heater was not working, me and my roommates contacted the emergency team and our heater was quickly fixed within an hour. The maintenance is always very quick and has great service.

i’ve lived in my condo rented to me by JDN for the past 4.5 years and it has been nothing short of amazing, they have a great team, very very sweet and understanding of life’s hardships when they arise, and very empathetic. i have absolutely loved my experience living here as well as dealing with them. this is the longest i’ve ever lived somewhere and i am very sad to be leaving, but hopeful sometime in the future i will be lucky to be rent from them again. thank you guys for everything the past few years, i will not forget it.

The JDN Property group is an amazing and welcoming family filed with amazing and wonderful staff especially their property manager who is understanding and is willing to help and support you through anything and whatever you may go through while being and tenant of theirs. I would recommend JDN to anyone!! It’s has been really good the past few months I been apart of the family.

Very professional management team. They will send you texts, emails and notices through the portal. The tenant portal is a great tool for tenants. You can manage your payments, any service requests and view any announcements. Tate is really understanding and always makes sure you're up to date on what's happening with your unit. Thanks JDN.

I had previous experience with a Property Management Company so I knew the questions to ask when looking for one. I had conversations with 4 different companies in London and I am very happy I chose Bloom. Everyone one has been great. They helped with renovations (new bathtub tile, painting, floors). They created a lot of buzz about the unit with so much interest that they needed to do an open house. In the end we found great tenants. I am looking forward to many more years working with Bloom.
