He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I threw at him. Would definitely recommend.

Brad provided a very thorough and understandable assessment of the property I was buying. He provided a summary by phone on the same day of inspection and followed up with the full report the next day. On time, readable - the best.

Excellent customer service. Booking the inspection over the phone was so easy. The day of the inspection everything was perfect, the inspector showed up early was friendly and very knowledgeable. He communicated everything in detail and went over everything at the end. The report was delivered on time that same evening as promised. Highly recommended.
