A BUYER’S CHOICE HOME INSPECTIONS ST JOHNS REVIEWS

I highly recommend the services of this home inspector. Stephens professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise in the field were outstanding. If you are in need of a thorough and reliable home inspection, look no further. A buyers choice will provide you with the knowledge and peace of mind you need to make informed decisions about your property purchase.

Stephen was flexible, thorough, and professional. I definitely recommend his services. In my case, I'm buying an old house downtown from my father, so I already knew the house pretty well. He found things we weren't aware of and also provided his opinion on the condition of the house which was very helpful.

I had Nathan complete a home inspection for a property I am looking at purchasing. I'm impressed with how thorough he was with the inspection and it definitely helped to save myself some trouble with my home in the future.

HOUSEMASTER HOME INSPECTIONS REVIEWS

I had an exceptional experience with my recent home inspection — truly 10 out of 10! The inspector was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. Every aspect of the home was carefully assessed, and I received a detailed, easy-to-understand report complete with photos and clear explanations. They took the time to walk me through the findings, answer all my questions, and even gave helpful maintenance tips for the future. Their attention to detail gave me complete confidence in making an informed decision. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and meticulous home inspection service.

Chris is Very knowledgeable and professional. Walked me through every little detail and made sure I fully understood everything about the house I was buying. I would recommend HouseMaster to anyone I know without hesitation.

We have used house master home inspections twice now and have had excellent experiences. Friendly communication and very thorough inspections. Both inspections helped us identify items that needed to be fixed before closing, thanks to the knowledgeable inspector. Highly recommend!.

PILLAR TO POST HOME INSPECTORS ST JOHNS REVIEWS

Great experience. Would hire again. I liked that Ed and Debbie were efficient and knowledgeable. The PillartoPost report package is extremely thorough: I may not use some of the materials provided but I'm still pleased with the price of the services. I really appreciated the walkthrough with Ed because he answered all our questions even when we we asking beyond the specifics of what our inspection entailed.

Ed showed up on time, did a very thorough inspection of the property, walked us through the areas of concern and deficiencies, and provided a detailed report that will allow us to get corrections prior to our closing. I'm confident that his report will net out to be a significant savings on the acquisition and maintenance of this property.

Very professional and thorough report. Ed was always available and responsive to questions. Great use of technology which clearly identified and explained any areas of concern.
