Great experience. Would hire again. I liked that Ed and Debbie were efficient and knowledgeable. The PillartoPost report package is extremely thorough: I may not use some of the materials provided but I'm still pleased with the price of the services. I really appreciated the walkthrough with Ed because he answered all our questions even when we we asking beyond the specifics of what our inspection entailed.

Ed showed up on time, did a very thorough inspection of the property, walked us through the areas of concern and deficiencies, and provided a detailed report that will allow us to get corrections prior to our closing. I'm confident that his report will net out to be a significant savings on the acquisition and maintenance of this property.
