In the end, Sherry at Wedgwood got me a rate close to $600.00 cheaper than anyone else while still giving me the coverage I needed. I had never intended to do a review of my policy but had no other choice when I wanted to add a feature. People have been very helpful when I have called. Reaching out periodically during the pandemic and lockdown seemed a more personal touch. One thing I would like them to do is to give you a heads up when renewal time comes around and your rates go up but nothing has changed on your end. I think this is the time for my representative to reach out. I have left the competition for a similar reason and a less friendly agent who was unwilling to shop my policy around when it had gone up in price. I also got the impression that representative didn't work there after that and I have been asked to go back to them. I am happy with Munn.
