I highly recommend this firm when going about purchasing or selling your home. Tobi and his team was excellent in all areas that was needed for the sale of our home he makes sure the I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed when it comes to both parties. He made such a great experience for us even though we were in a completely different province. I also would recommend this firm for any estate related stuff as well as they are very diverse in that area as well. For pricing it was amazing and affordable I thought it was gonna cost us an arm and a leg but Tobi is completely fair and honest. Thanks again,

I had some documents that needed Apostille which first required Notary services in a short time frame. I tried a few traditional law offices but they were all too busy to take my business so I used Google to find an alternative - and NotaryPro was well recommended and simple to send my documents to. The document I needed however required in-person service and Candice, the operations manager, video chatted with me within 15 minutes after usual work hours to talk through the local options that work with NotaryPro. She was exceptionally friendly and professional, and I was really happy with her guidance and approach. She arranged for an in person meetup with Anna Maria Decia-Gualtieri for the following Monday after 6, but recommended I email the Notary to see if they had any options for an earlier appointment. Anna replied quickly and suggested the next day (a Saturday!) she could make work. That was exceptional since that isn’t a normal work day for Notaries. I went to the planned appointment and Anna was pure professional and personable, and efficient. The entire thing took maybe 10 minutes. That Monday I got my Apostille that I needed without any friction. My NotaryPro experience was simply the best, and I would reach out to them again in a heartbeat for more service when the need arises. I think you will be impressed by them too!

The most convenient way to notarize documents. No appointment required and the staff at Staples were extra helpful.

I used an online template to complete the document, then did a virtual signing with people in three locations on their own phones. Very simple and fast.
