Peter is a highly-reviewed gentleman who exceeded our expectations in prompt response, attendance, and reporting for a maintenance inspection of a 40-year-old residence. He was personable and patient with our concerns and questions, and happy for us to tag-along throughout. My realtor suggested we hire Michael for a condo inspection. He thoroughly examined the building and unit, walked me through every room, appliance, and maintenance detail, then sent a comprehensive report with photos and video. He identified a problem with the A/C not being able to blow as cold as it should using his thermal camera. We were able to ask the seller to have it repaired before completion. Highly, highly recommend hiring Michael if you want to know what you're buying into.

Michael was a top-notch professional who gave excellent service and made the whole process easy and smooth for us. His inspection was thorough, and he even took the time to educate me on his approach, the equipment he uses, and things to look for during the review.
