Raj D' Rosario has been very professional, friendly, kind and helpful to provide his services to our building Genesis. He even goes extra miles to help me solving the problem related to my unit. It's always great to have such wonderful, responsible and helpful member in our building's Concierge team. I am very grateful and thankful to have Raj working for residents here in Genesis.

I have often interacted with two of the concierges in our building in coal harbour, Mr Sanjay V and Mr Ken. Both have been really helpful and excellent. They go above and beyond in trying to know the residents and handling any request or situation. It's always a pleasure to walk past the concierge desk when one of them is there. I would highly recommend their services.

From our interactions with CMI staff specifically Raj Rozario , I find them very respectful, friendly, caring, and helpful. We also find them to be very responsible toward the maintenance of the building amenities and the well-being of its residents.

Great service! Black Bird Security is monitoring 3 buildings for us. The guards are on time, they make their rounds in the agreed time and they are alert. When I come late at night, the guards check me out to see what I am doing there, even though they know me and my car. Very attentive. The back office and super visor Yvonne and Surinder are great to work with. Always answer calls, email back within 24 hours and report daily. If you need security... hands down, go with Black Bird!!!

I hired optimum security guard for construction on my garage . The staff was good they listen me very well they sent the guard as soon as i asked , guard was also nice , he was active on the site and he reports every single detail about the site.
