My experience with Young, Hip, and Married was extremely positive. Booking was easy and the representative I worked with answered all my questions and helped match me with an officiant quickly. I would recommend them as a company. Working with Shawn, our officiant, was easy and the results were amazing. We went with the custom package and I was really impressed with the first draft he provided after our initial meeting. He was open to all our feedback and made all the adjustments needed. He also provided advice on writing our vows which was very helpful. His presentation on the day of was awesome and really set the tone for our wedding day.

We were so lucky to have Jane from Young Hip & Married officiate our wedding on the beach in Vancouver. She was very communicative in advance of the day. This included a super helpful online call several months beforehand to meet her and discuss the ceremony structure/expectations, then giving plenty of time for us to read and make some minor adjustments to the ceremony plan/script, then a few emails prior to the big day to check in. On the day, Jane did a fantastic job: really professional, really clear speech (some of our guests were not native English speakers and fully understood her), a lovely reading about the meaning of marriage, and just generally she was very kind and put us totally at ease! I couldn't recommend her more. Thank you Jane, and Young Hip & Married.

Young, Hip and Married connected us with Shalom, and I can't imagine our day without her! She was calming, considerate and very respectful. It was wonderful working with her on our ceremony script leading up to the wedding, and we felt very supported and her guidance was impeccable. We had the pleasure of booking Jonathan after seeing him at one of our friends weddings earlier this year. He did such an amazing job at theirs that we thought he was personally friends with them. Not a moment sooner we booked Jonathan for our own and we cannot express how amazing he was on our special day. Jonathan has a real talent for officiating and we cannot imagine anyone else standing up there with us. 100% recommend him to anyone getting married in the near future, you cannot have a better officiant than Jonathan.

We just had our wedding in Kelowna. Mike was amazing. He is born to do a job like this. He is punctual, professional and very personable. Made the ceremony extra special. Everyone commented how amazing he was. We are so happy to ask him to be part of our wedding. Highly recommend using their service. If he is available, Mike would be the person to ask!! We were looking for a wedding officiant who could perform a bilingual ceremony, as the bride had many friends and family members who spoke Mandarin. Ceres not only did an amazing job with that, but she helped us plan out the exact style of ceremony we wanted, as well as gave us very good advice on the decisions we were less confident about. She was very flexible and we really felt like at the end of the day, it was "our" ceremony and that made us feel even more special. She also prepared vow books for us with our personal vows to one another, so we'll forever have those as another wedding keepsake. I would happily recommend Ceres to anyone.

Ceres was the perfect officiant for our wedding. She was thoughtful, detailed oriented, professional, helpful, very warm and friendly. Speaking English and Cantonese was such a bonus for us! She made us feel really comfortable and at ease on our big day, and she also prepared our vow books as a keepsake! Highly recommend Ceres.
