Birch Home Inspection

Chris helped us by doing a home inspection on the property we purchased this year. He was super responsive and created a thorough report for us to review. More importantly he talked us through any flags, concerns and general things to look for going forward with the house. The building is a 100-year-old stone house so we had plenty of questions! Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and a clear communicator. Highly recommended.
