It was a pleasure working with Bruce on inspecting a property in Milton. He came in with a great attitude, and kept it even when running into the worst situation--a rogue listing agent that was present and doing his best to disrupt the process! We as first time home buyers wanted to work with him to get to know the house and Bruce was great at explaining the details on maintenance and what to look out for. He even took the time to catch some details that the sellers were purposely trying to hide that we otherwise wouldn't have noticed! I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Probably the best home inspection service you can get for your money. Bruce is not just professional but also very kind and helping person. We did a home inspection which was great. He was also open to giving us a call after when we needed advise. Definitely recommend this.
