Outstanding, professional service! As first time home buyers we really appreciated Phil's honesty and his advice regarding potential repairs to our new home. His report was also full of great advice regarding home care, with specific points on who to contact and when it might be necessary. His drone footage of our property and the sewer line cam video we requested was excellent as well. We would recommend Phil to anyone.
