I recently stayed at your hotel and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, with stunning views from the balcony. The service was exceptional, with Deep and Rav standing out for their attentiveness and helpfulness. The hotels amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch and well-maintained.

Deep appreciation for Parneet and Rav who went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant and comfortable by providing us a room prior to check in time. We were able to get ready for our event due to their excellent disposition and customer service. I will recommend the Sandman to my friends.

Great quick stay. We arrived very late due to mechanical issues. When I called the front desk to inform of our late arrival, they were super understanding. The room was fantastic. Fancier than anticipated. Booked a 1 king standard and got upgraded to a suite. Will stay again.

BEST WESTERN PLUS REGENCY INN & CONFERENCE CENTRE REVIEWS

Huge shout out this Best Western staff after the chaos we went through across the street at the Alpine Motor Inn, who after we discovered mold and another unit had bed begs and refused to refund us. The Best Western staff not only found me a place to park my 20-foot uhaul after driving for 12 hours across the province but were also able to give us a room that was clean and a shower that worked perfectly. The room was lovely. I truly appreciate the staff at Best Western Highly. I recommend you come here for a clean, comfortable sleep.

We had family stay at the Best Western and held a Celebration of Life in their Conference Centre. The rooms were great, the staff was professional, friendly and responsive to any issues that came up. The Conference Centre was set up to our needs and we were very pleased with everything.

Right off the highway that I needed to continue my travels on but quiet as can be. Very clean and bright, lots of natural light. Kind and helpful staff and a great breakfast!

First time staying here. It was a wonderful experience. 4 days and 3 nights of rest and relaxation. Staff was courteous and very accommodating. Special shout out to Jim at the front desk who was very cordial and super friendly with a great sense of humour. Thank you Jim for being so professional yet down to earth. We will definitely be back!

We've stayed here a few times. Twice for a Conference, 1 for a wedding in Fort Langley. Only complaint is that we couldn't get in before we had to be at a wedding. Paying almost $300 for less than a 12 hour stay!!

Attended an event in their event conference centre. Wonderful service, excellent space and overall just a lovely hotel.
