This was by far the best stay at a Best Western I've ever had. From our Check in with Sandy at the front desk to the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was amazing, in fact to me one of the best I've seen and the food was delicious. Every employee we encountered was so helpful and friendly. We had to check out at 4am and the gentleman at the desk handed us bagged breakfasts which we didn't expect. I will stay here anytime I visit Brantford. One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.

Wonderful experience from the start, we arrived out of town earlier than expected and being 5 months pregnant I was exhausted and feeling unwell. We called and spoke to a front desk woman named Sandy who was more than accommodating to our needs. We checked in early and our lamp plug initially did not work, Sandy quickly sent someone to rectify the issue. She was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout all interactions and definitely an asset to this location! The pool is lovely and the location is very accessible to local amenities.

Very nice hotel, quiet and room was very clean. What truly stood out for me was the check-in. One of the effortless and welcoming check-ins I’ve had in a long time. Made sure I was good with the room category, accessibility, and location. Thank you Ami!

HAMPTON INN & SUITES BY HILTON BRANTFORD REVIEWS

I really wanted to stay in a nice local hotel for my birthday. I’m pregnant with twins and just needed to relax and unwind. Every part of my stay with my teenager was perfect! The pool was so warm which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are clean and the staff is great! Complimentary hot drinks all day and night, evening snack in the lobby on week nights, and the complimentary breakfast is awesome! Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bread products, etc. I left feeling refreshed and rested! Mission accomplished thank you!

This hotel had all the amenities of a good chain hotel. It was clean, fresh and well maintained. The staff were extremely pleasant and hospitable. We had a issue but the manager Jas did a perfect job for accommodating us. We will definitely come back.

It's great place for family and value for money. Do make your reservations well in time and plan it you may get a good price. Team is very helpful and food is average. Clean and neat. Free parking available for the customers.

COMFORT INN REVIEWS

When we arrived, we had some difficulty with the check in process because we didn’t have photo ID for both guests. I was very pleased with the problem-solving skills of the receptionist. It took some time, but we found a solution, and we ended up spending a lovely three days at the Comfort Inn. Thank you to the manager who also helped.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Had the do not disturb sign up so i asked the housekeepers for a towel and garbage bag. Very nice lady. Manager Gos is very helpful and accommodating. Booking online is always annoying calling the hotel to book gives you the best price i find.

Great location. Near great amenities. Front desk staffs were very polite, friendly and really helpful. Rooms are clean and smelled really good. Great price for the stay.
