3 Best Hotels in Calgary, AB

Thank you to Sarah and Kendra in the Hawthorne dining room, we'd had a challenging experience at another restaurant that evening and were trying to find somewhere to have dinner. I couldn't more highly recommend this space for people who understand good dining. Casual with tons of guests eating, even late night. The food was all outstanding. All of my dining companions got something different and we all loved our dishes. The short rib was out of this world and one of the best I've had, it was especially a great value as you got a very good portion of meat and no giant bone getting in the way of eating! Didn't get dessert but was tempted - I have to give a special nod to their house baked sourdough and whipped butter, simple dishes need to be executed perfectly and this was out of this world. Thank you again for the excellent service and wonderful experience.

We arrived late and were there for just one night. We had a very bad situation when we got our room ( that I won't get into details about...) . We called the front desk and they immediately dealt with the situation. They absolutely went above and beyond to deal with us and this situation. We couldn't have asked for a better response. We would definitely stay there again. Beautiful hotel, amazing pool, great pool and very professional staff.

Stayed here for one night, easy to get the shuttle bus from the airport. Five minute walk to downtown Calgary for shopping, the river, and right next to the Tower. Great location for a quick visit to Calgary and very comfortable if you're staying longer, staff are very friendly and helpful.

We were so pleased at how beautiful the rooms were.And the staff are amazing. The beds are very firm, which is nice. Pillows are soft. It was a great stay. I love the fact you need your key card to use the elevator so no unwanted people around. Every single staff member was very pleasant, eager to help and a joy to be around.

We had a wonderful time at the Wynona Judd concert. All of the staff were super friendly and even more helpful, giving us tips on how to get good seats at the restaurants and where to find great food when the restaurants are full. I was super impressed.

Great location near highway, easy access to city and nearby such as Canmore. Spacious, very clean room with comfy bed. Most staff were super friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. The buffet food was good. Highly recommend for visitors.
