Jody and the LFW team are AMAZING. I honestly could not recommend them more. Jody is a dream to work with, and is so on top of everything. She is a great listener and made sure we had everything we wanted to make our vision come true. She was realistic and talked us through everything, mindful of our budget, and we always felt like we were in great hands. She's incredibly communicative, detail-oriented, and day of, even our families and friends were commenting on how impressive she was (corralling the guests, pivoting when we needed to shift some details due to weather day-of, and always staying cool, calm, and collected!) Especially being from the States and not being as familiar with the ins and outs of the vendors/venue/etc in Canada, we were so thankful to have Jody and the LFW team on board to make recommendations and ease any stress on our end. Our wedding was the absolute best day, with beautiful decor and a seamless timeline, and we couldn't be more grateful for Jody and team LFW.

Lynn Fletcher and her team made our wedding an absolute dream come true. After our initial meeting with Lynn, we knew they were the right team to lead the planning for our wedding, which took place at the Fairmont Banff Springs in March 2024. Jody McBeath was our planner and she was the absolute best. As two busy professionals living in the States and far away from our wedding destination, Jody kept us on track with meetings and a very organized timeline and made the wedding planning actually enjoyable...which, was so different from watching friends/families plan their weddings! The fact that Jody produced (and surpassed, to be honest) our dream wedding is just a testament to how well Jody knows and understand her clients. Faye was the wedding planner for both of our daughters’ weddings, which took place within the last year, and using her and her Epic Events’ team were the best decisions we made. Faye’s organizational and interpersonal skills and abilities are exceptional and her incredibly high professional standards and vast knowledge, as well as resources, made working with her an amazing experience. She instantly caught the vision for each wedding even though both weddings were challenging outdoor tent weddings. Faye’s immense expertise, amazing organizational abilities and attention to detail completely took the stress out of the events, especially on the day of the weddings. Faye is such a proficient and knowledgeable professional and yet she is such an incredibly personable individual, as is her team. Using a wedding planner is the best investment any bride can make, especially when Faye is the planner.

Faye and her team were amazing. We got the full service planning package for our may 13th wedding and it was worth every cent. She captured the vision and budget we had in mind, went over all the contacts and payments with us. We were not stressed out over anything because we knew Faye was on top of everything. Everyone I spoke to about the upcoming wedding said I was the calmest bride they've ever met. All thanks to Faye! I highly recommend her, she's the best, we were so fortunate to have crossed paths.

Faye and Ashley were absolutely amazing. They did such a great job helping me with everything from decorating to organizing the wedding party. They helped coordinate and pick up everything from my vendors (flowers, cake, etc.) which helped take off a lot of pressure. When a guest spilled red wine down my dress they literally scrubbed it in the sink for me! Did such a good job my guests couldn't tell. I can't recommend Epic Events enough!
