I recently used this hotel for my wedding block. They were great! Very helpful and very accommodating to all my guests needs. Management, especially Solomon was very professional and easy to work with as a bride. They even went out of their way to ensure all my guest received the itinerary for the wedding weekend. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I felt very comfortable, welcomed and safe at your location. Everything was excellent, what would make it even better would be a full on restaurant and bar at the IHG Locations. Love the late checking, no problem. Love that the hotel offers parking.

Great room, it was comfortable and clean. They accommodated our dogs and we’re good with us dropping our trailer so we could explore North Bay! Overall great experience. Only suggestion, add some gluten free options for breakfast!

As far as hotels go, this one is pretty good. The young lady at check in was particularly good and made us feel welcomed and was also helpful re: where we could eat. The rooms were clean and tidy. The location is good as it is a quiet spot. There are fast food options and Tim Horton's close by, within walking distance. Yes, I'd stay there again.

My children and I had the best weekend here! The complimentary breakfast is delicious, and the girls are absolutely wonderful! The process of checking in/out with the Digital key was a great thing offered for me, especially travelling with little ones! The pool was enjoyed as well, and we will definitely be returning guests!

My all time favorite hotel. Rooms are phenomenal, the meals are incredible as well as the service (as long as I spent there all the staff were great) is top notch! I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pampering stay!

Great facility situated in a good quiet location. got a great sleep. Great bilingual staff who take the time to explain all options and amenities in the hotel. the Farina restaurant has the greatest pasta I ever had in northern Ontario as well as excellent breakfast. highly recommended facility.

We love this hotel! Very reasonable rates, clean and modern and my son loves the pool! Thank you to front desk staff on the evening of March 11th for accommodating my error in booking the dates. Much appreciated!

Made the last-minute decision to stay in North Bay on our long trip home. This Best Western was an amazing choice for us, and I feel anyone would be happy to stay here! Amazing service and beautiful rooms!
