Raquel and her team executed our ambitious vision with care and attentiveness. Our ambitious vision included a Japanese traditional sake ritual, the groom performing with a Mariachi band, a separate late night jazz jam session, and sushi bar combined with our main catering, all at a venue that had an incredible view of the NY skyline, but was also subject to potential rain (thank goodness it didn't), and all were executed well thanks to her and her team. We had her for the two month coordination package, and from the start she was very helpful with advice that we had no experience in, and was able to provide any resources and tools that we did not have the capacity for, especially towards the last few days before the big day. On the day of, she led the way with consistent communication and when there were any hiccups, she had a plan and made sure we were on board. Raquel and the Just Say Yes team are incredible! We hired her as a coordinator for our wedding and we are so, so grateful that we did. We had our wedding this past June in a "raw space" venue with both indoor and outdoor spaces, and had to coordinate across all of the different vendors we were bringing in along with many family members. Raquel was so great at reading the room and really working with every different personality involved in our wedding from the first day we met her. She eased all of our planning stress in the last 2 months leading up to the wedding by helping us with our timeline, providing final design and planning recommendations, and even hooking us up with an awesome upgrade with one of our vendors! On the day of the wedding, Raquel and her team ensure every little detail ran so smoothly for us. After the wedding, we found out there had been a few small hiccups come up throughout the day (as is generally the case with large events), but we had no idea because she handled them so swiftly and smoothly that no one even noticed! We are so grateful for her amazing work and how seamless our day was.

Raquel and the Just Say Yes team made our wedding everything it was. She is organized, kind, timely, understanding, and easy to work with. She kept us on task throughout the planning process with google calendar events, made great recommendations for vendors if prompted, worked to understand our vision and our budget, and helped to execute it perfectly. On our wedding day, Raquel and her team were available at all times. They kept in touch with all our vendors and ensured everything played out as we had planned. I really cannot recommend Raquel and the Just Say Yes team enough, she made everything easy to manage on our end, and we never saw her sweat. 10/10.
