Royal experience!!! The time we landed here we got treated very well by the staff in the entrance, front desks and the service people, worth every penny spent here in terms of everything in old Quebec City, the day we landed was windy and rainy so we couldn’t get to the lake view and board walk. So we walked through the city and experienced the city all walkable near to this place. The best experience was their parking place the check out time was the next day 3 pm, it made lots of difference as we could visit the old city next day, the steps and the elevator are very closer . The chateau by its self was a great attraction for us to visit and learn the history, we walked around the floors, basement and visited all the pictures and portraits. The swimming pool is the must place to experience, the water was heated and great coffee and refreshments. Overall it was great experience for our family and we enjoyed our stay!!!

Absolutely wonderful time at the Frontenac! We were treated like royalty from check in to check out. The food was amazing, the STAFF cannot be thanked enough! Each and every person we spoke to was just lovely. The hotel itself is a treasure, the architecture and history is stunning. A real piece of Canadian history and everyone should go and at least do the tour. I had no idea what has taken place there. Quebec City should be proud of this landmark.

We visited Quebec a week ago and stayed at this amazing hotel for a few days. Everything was there flawless. The hotel's staff is excellent and the service is outstanding. The food is fantastic. Moreover, we needed medical assistance and they organized very well. I am grateful for all of you and I hope your team has a wonderful success.

HILTON QUEBEC REVIEWS

Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Can walk to see so much, with shops and restaurants of all kinds. Very modern and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are well appointed, clean, and comfortable. 20th floor suite has incredible views, absolutely stunning. Likewise the executive lounge on 23rd has panoramic views. Breakfast and evening snacks in the lounge are great, with cocktail and wine service available for a small charge.

Clean, renovated, nicely furnished room. Service was good. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Hotel is well-run operationally. Drinks at the bar were great and decently priced. Great location as it is across the street from the Parliament building. I forgot how pretty Quebec City is. Very very nice. I would come back and stay at this hotel.

The hotel was great. Staff was really friendly. Coffee in the cafe downstairs was good in the morning. Stayed in a 2 queen bed with Mountain View. The room was fine and the view of the sunset over the mountain was great. The only drawback was that I was on the 4th floor right above the pool. I felt I had to keep the blinds closed from 9am to 9pm.

The location was perfect, the room was clean and spacious with a lovely view. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, the housekeeping staff were attentive to our needs and also very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family, and if/when I return, I would stay here again! Thank you for making my first trip to Quebec City a memorable one!

Bed comfortable and the room spacious and clean., the view was exceptional We decided to stay another night and Heather (from reception) was extremely nice and professional.. Great time in Quebec City.

Great hotel and much lower price than anything else in the surrounding area. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking is a bit awkward and is in an underground lot one street over.
