We had the absolute pleasure of working with Elisabeth and Melodie throughout our wedding planning! The amount of detail, professionalism and overall quality that Elisabeth and her team put into their work as event planners is amazing. On the day of our wedding, Melodie was like our fairy god mother who managed EVERY aspect of the day - from the schedule, to the reception details, to the delivering of flowers, to managing any crisis that took place... we couldn't have felt more taken care of and really were able to just be present and enjoy the actual day, instead of stressing about anything. My husband and I are so grateful and appreciative for Elisabeth's amazing team, who truly made our wedding a fairytale that we just want to continue reliving :) You are very lucky if you have the opportunity to work with Elisabeth and Melodie! Lily and Jessie are absolutely phenomenal. We live in San Francisco and wanted a destination wedding in Quebec. Since planning a wedding is hard from a distance, we decided to get help from Hôte Événements. That was hands-down the best decision we made. We had the wedding of our dreams and we have Lily and Jessie to thank for it. They are so creative, organized, and caring. Apparently planning your wedding is supposed to be a stressful time. We wouldn’t know because Lily and Jessie made the whole process so smooth. We had the most fun planning our wedding because of them! We customized our wedding ceremony and it was a hybrid-Indian wedding. Lily and Jessie were instrumental in understanding our vision and bringing it to life. We were literally awe-struck when we saw the final decor for all the events we were planning. On the day itself, they made sure everything ran smoothly and were so helpful to all of our guests. I particularly appreciated how they checked-in on our family throughout. We could not provide a stronger endorsement!

Jessie and her team from Hôte Événements are professional, organized, pro-active and fun! I have worked with them on numerous weddings as well as creative photoshoots and the quality of work that Jessie and her team produce are always second to none! Communication with Jessie and her team prior to the wedding is a breeze as emails are responded to in a timely fashion. The day of the wedding, each detail is thoughtful and with purpose. Hôte Événements always has everything from the decor to the timeline, and to the happiness of all the guests and vendors well thought out and planned. I always know that when Jessie and her team are the planners, the day is going to be above and beyond!

We cannot say enough about how exceptional Lily and Jessie are! Going into the wedding planning process, we were overwhelmed as we were planning our wedding in Quebec City while we were living in Halifax and we were both in school full-time. In addition, we knew we needed to have a fully bilingual event as one side of our family is French and the other is English. The best and easiest decision we made during the wedding planning process was hiring Hôte Événements. Lily and Jesse made the experience of planning our wedding essentially stress-free! They took our initial, rough and scattered vision and created a dream wedding. The final result exceeded every expectation! The day of the wedding ran so smoothly with their help. They made sure everyone knew where to go and when and made our family members and guests feel very welcome and comfortable. Our families still comment on how kind and helpful Lily and Jessie were during our wedding weekend! We cannot recommend them enough!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Andrea as our wedding coordinator. From pre-wedding meetings, to coordinating with our other vendors, to managing all the moving pieces on the big day, Andrea was always incredibly attentive to detail and super responsive to emails, texts, and zoom calls. She did a beautiful job setting up our ceremony and reception and made sure everything ran smoothly during the events. All of our vendors were excited when we told them Andrea was our wedding coordinator and emphasized how much they love working with her. She has an outstanding reputation in the event/wedding planning arena, and we can see why! She also helped plan our pre-wedding welcome event, which was a resounding success. We could not recommend her more highly– truly one of the best investments we made for our wedding day.

Andrea was an amazing wedding coordinator and was so essential in making our special day a success! So sweet and kind to work with, very responsive to all communications, very professional and she did an excellent job with the planning and coordinating in advance and especially on the day! We could focus on getting married because she was putting out all the little fires we never had to see! Highly recommend!!!.

Majorie and Andréa are the absolute best! They helped us with everything and made our wedding day the most beautiful. They are both so kind and fun, and are truly a pleasure to work with!.
