One of the best hotel staff I have interacted. Very helpful and professional. Hotel is located continently off QEW. Close to Niagara Falls. Great breakfast choice to start the day with. Indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, Arcade, mini golf lot of amenities on site to keep you entertain. They also have one Level 2 EV charging station for use. I selected this place instead of staying in a motel at Niagara Falls while paying the same charge for room and getting so many amenities. I would recommend, others to do the same.

The rooms are dated and in our case had a leak. They are doing renovations so I can imagine it will be amazing when completed. The staff was professional and friendly and the Manager addressed an issue I had very well. Amazing location and amenities. I would go back and stay there for sure with a discount or when they are done the renovations. I recommend for sure.

It was amazing! I loved it, it felt like it was worth paying and it includes a free breakfest. Also the staff was super nice, very helpful and very easy to find a parking spot. The room was very clean, the shower felt like home and it was great the air quality in the hotel that i was!

HOLIDAY INN & SUITES ST. CATHARINES CONF CTR REVIEWS

Great renovated hotel with many adders. Has a pool, rooftop patio with bar, restaurant, cafe, and a 30 lane bowling alley attached... Very nice. Clean and renovated rooms, nice spot.

Location was close enough to Niagara but away from the hustle and bustle. Attached to bowling alley entertainment complex with arcade which was a big hit with kids. Breakfast was in incudes in attached restaurant which was great value for us. Would recommend and stay again.

We stopped just for one night and found the room very comfortable, good beds and the room and bathroom were extremely clean. It was nice to have a microwave and small fridge as well with a Keurig coffee maker.

Stayed here for one night. Price was very reasonable considering it was a holiday. I was greeted by the nicest lady Julia. She let us check in early which was great. She was kind enough to give us a room on the ground level which was greatly appreciated as I have difficulty with stairs. Our room had a great view of the river. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was firm and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. The whole place is lit up at night so we felt very safe. It’s conveniently located just off the QEW. You can tell they really care about going above and beyond for their guests. Highly recommend.

My stay was splendid! The rooms are nice and cozy, and I LOVE the bathrooms. There is so much space to work with if you're rooming with more than one person, and the tub size is phenomenal! The family that runs this place clearly knows what they're doing.

We were for vacation on memorial days ,I definitely recommend it.It was minutes away drive to the Niagara outlet if you going shopping. Restaurants are close by and grocery stores as well. The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved it. Thanks
