I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at the Holiday Inn Express on Regent. Due to an error, I had initially reserved a non-pet-friendly room. However, the kind person at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us. He made a phone call and, after some adjustments, managed to secure a pet-friendly room for us. This was especially appreciated as there were no other pet-friendly hotels available in the area. Thank you for your exceptional service!

Stayed here for an event last night. Room was great. Clean, modern, big room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. AC was loud but didn't bother us much. Event facilities were good. Staff constantly tidying up the tables. Really no complaints. Great location, close to shopping, food etc.

We had a good and peaceful stay at holiday inn. You need to provide a microwave in the room which will be of help to the visitors.we came to the hotel since we had a mishap at our house and stayed for the night.

HAMPTON INN SUDBURY REVIEWS

On the morning of Good Friday, I was travelling north with my family, with just 2 hours to go to to my end destination, when my car broke down. I was able to make my way to the Hampton Inn by Hilton, which I have stayed at in the past. I made a reservation for that evening, and was given very helpful information regarding garages in the area by Mel at the front desk. I knew it was a long shot to get my car fixed, as it was a holiday, but was able to get a hold of one garage that managed to get me back on the road that day. Mel on the front desk of the Hampton was able to reverse the reservation for me, with very prompt service, as it was still early enough in the day. It is service like this that will make me a repeat customer at the Hampton. Once again, I would like to thank Mel for all of her suggestions, great customer service, and her understanding.

This is a nice hotel! Lots of rooms! Rooms are nothing too fancy, but clean and big enough! Just fine. Clean, nice and clean! There is a fitness centre here, a small pool. Very nice! Free breakfast! And it was great! Eggs, sausage, bagels, bread, oatmeal, cereal and...waffle maker! Really good! Even the coffee was good! Juice, yoghurt, hard boiled eggs....and more...

Decent place for a night's sleep. We asked for a later checkout, and they were nice enough to give us an extra hour. The rooms were clean. No complaints

Really enjoyed our stay here. We were there during Family Day weekend. The pool was great, the hottub was nice and the hotel was really clean. Maria, who did the breakfast, was phenomenal! The spread of food was amazing for my family, who had dietary restrictions. Most importantly, the quality was great. We would 100% stay there again and enjoyed it. The day we left, they drained the hot tub and scrubbed it!!! It was super comforting to see they cared about the small stuff as its peace of mind!

I have stayed at this hotel for weeks for work and it's a great place to stay. The manager is great and friendly and makes sure your stay is comfortable. The rest of the staff also friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning and all the amenities also great.

As someone who has gone to quite a few hotels in southern Ontario, this is one of the best run and enjoyable hotels I've had the pleasure staying at. The breakfast was absolutely bombtastic.
